Information:
As a Registered Manager, you will manage a children's residential care home that specializes in support for children and young people with learning disabilities. The home is a 4-bedded children's home based in Rotherham. You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported 24/7.
Pay:
Up to £72,000 Including: Up to £60,000 salary Bonuses including a starting bonus of £5,000 and up to a 10% KPI-related bonus Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on calls Contract:
Full-time, permanent Duties: Work with the RI to manage the children's residential care home Hold OFSTED registration for the children's home Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with learning disabilities and autism Build and develop the staff team Manage the residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards Manage recruitment and staffing Work with SMT to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures Manage quality assurance Manage budget Click apply!
