Managing a brand new children's home Managing a home for children and young people (OFSTED regulated) Overall responsibility for the operational management of the home ensuring that it operates to the highest professional and quality standards Overseeing the day to day running of the home Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability Managing budgets and contracts Manage safeguarding reports Manage referrals Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your home Full time, permanent contract, + on call duties Southport based Pay:

£45,000 - £50,000 About you:

2 years experience in a registered manager's position, or as a deputy manager NVQ Level 3 in children and young people NVQ Level in leadership and management If interested, get in touch.
