Job Details Managing a brand new children's home Managing a home for children and young people (OFSTED regulated) Overall responsibility for the operational management of the home ensuring that it operates to the highest professional and quality standards Overseeing the day to day running of the home Ensuring the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability Managing budgets and contracts Managing safeguarding reports Managing referrals Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your home Full time, permanent contract, + on call duties Southport based
Pay: £45,000 - £50,000
