Oversee the management of the home and ensure registration with Ofsted. Maintain exceptional care standards for children and young people. Manage referrals and autonomously handle appropriate placements. Conduct reviews and facilitate meetings. Provide thorough staff induction, supervise trained personnel, offer mentorship, and conduct assessments. Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
The preferred candidate should have managerial experience in children's services dealing with complex needs and highly challenging behavior. Ideally, they should possess a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in Children & Young People. Application Process:
