Experience managing an Ofsted-rated “Good” or “Outstanding” children’s home Employment Type:

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations, oversee Ofsted requirements, and ensure the home provides a safe, supportive environment where young people with SEMH needs can thrive. We seek someone with strong leadership qualities and the dedication to provide the best outcomes for the children in our care.
What We Do For You
Salary:
Base salary of £46,333 - £56,955 for 4-5 bed homes
Bonuses:
10% salary bonus reviewed annually, £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), Attendance allowance (£1,400)
Long-term incentive plan:
30% salary bonus accrued annually as a future lump sum
Training:
4-week induction via Care Academy
Holiday:
7 weeks’ annual leave
