What We Do For You Salary:

Base salary of £46,333 - £56,955 for 4-5 bed homes Bonuses:

10% salary bonus reviewed annually, £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), Attendance allowance (£1,400) Long-term incentive plan:

30% salary bonus accrued annually as a future lump sum Training:

4-week induction via Care Academy Holiday:
