Minimum 5 years' experience in residential child care. At least 2 years of experience in managing and supervising staff. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). A “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted rating in recent inspections.
