Children's Home Registered Manager Cambridge based Up to £72,000 package Job Information:
Registered Manager vacancy Registering with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home Managing a home that supports children and young people with learning disabilities Work with RI to ensure the safe management and running of a children's home Service is a high-spec, recently refurbished property, for children and young people to thrive and feel at home Manage referrals Work alongside HR and recruitment team, to assist with management, development, training and recruitment of staff team You will create a culture within the home to strive for positive outcomes for each young person Up to £60,000 as a basic salary + up to £5000 in starting bonuses Up to 10% of salary in performance related bonuses Requirements:
