Registered Manager

to lead our 5 bed Learning Disabilities Residential Children's Home and ensure we deliver outstanding care that meets and exceeds regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children and young people in our care. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of dedicated staff, ensuring they are supported and motivated to deliver exceptional care. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations, and the Quality Standards. Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, ensuring their personal growth and emotional development. Manage budgets, resources, and operational activities efficiently. Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, parents, and guardians. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. What We’re Looking For

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Proven experience in a managerial role within a children’s residential care setting. A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Ability to manage challenging situations with resilience and professionalism. What We Offer
