Are you a PASSIONATE and DRIVEN Childrens Home Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity to set up and manage a BRAND NEW therapeutic home for children and young people with EBD? Or are you an AMBITIOUS children's home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a STUNNING residential home in Enfield? This is a RARE and EXCITING opportunity to join a highly experienced and passionate management team to open a home from scratch! With the view to open a further 2-3 homes in the next 3 years, this role will offer you the progression into an operations role and will allow you to be involved from day one. Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people aged between 7 and 18 through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives. In return, the organisation offers you autonomy to run the home as you see fit, and most importantly a genuine understanding of the importance of work-life balance, flexibility and the general well-being of all employees. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with learning disabilities and or challenging behaviours. Role: Childrens Home Registered Manager Salary: up to £60,000 plus Bonus!
