Job Title : Children's Home Registered Manager (ACHT 5-Bed Home) Location : Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands Salary : Basic salary 42,500 - 46,500, with performance-related bonuses increasing total potential earnings to 66,500 - 70,500. Children's Home Registered Manager

to lead an ACHT 5-bed children's home.

About the Role

As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Provide a therapeutic environment that enables children to thrive and feel at home. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings. Manage all aspects of the home, from budgets to safeguarding, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

What We Offer

A competitive salary, with total earnings (including bonuses) up to 70,500. Up to

5,000 relocation package

About You

To excel in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential care for children, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). A proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
