REQUIREMENTS:
Level 3 qualification in social care; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is desirable
Previous experience in a registered manager role in a Residential Children’s Care Setting
Experience working with children, young people, and their families
Experience working in a residential setting
Enhanced DBS
