To be considered for the position of Registered Manager, there are some MUST haves: 2 years experience of managing a Children’s Home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare A willingness to undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a DBS Be committed to work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people If you don’t quite meet this essential criteria but are interested in learning more about our company, then we’re happy to have a conversation and explore other roles.
