- No two days are the same in this rewarding position. About the Role: The home offers six flexible beds, with two integrated two-bedroom apartments and a main house with four beds. A small on-site school supports children's transition to mainstream education. You will lead a skilled team, including a Deputy Manager and administrative staff, to create a nurturing environment. Operational Management
- Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards. Team Leadership
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team. Child-Centred Care
- Foster a safe, caring environment that prioritises each child's needs. Compliance & Safety
- Oversee budgets, health and safety, and legal requirements. Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the strategic development of the service. What You'll Bring: Proven experience managing an Ofsted Registered Children's Home. Strong leadership skills and resilience.
