We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a team dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. This role requires a forward-thinking, warm, and approachable leader who prioritises safeguarding and works collaboratively with all staff, families, and agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities of a Registered Manager

Ensure the home meets all requirements of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and exceeds the Quality Standards Safeguard the children and young people in your care Lead, manage, and motivate your team to provide the highest quality of care Collaborate positively with agencies, families, and stakeholders Ensure staff work to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people Oversee staff performance and ensure an effective workforce strategy, including recruitment, induction, rota management, supervision, and professional development Monitor facilities, resources, practices, and records regularly following our Quality Assurance Process Strategically develop the home to ensure sustainability, viability, and growth Key Skills Required

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Minimum of 2 years of management experience with prior Ofsted registration Strong leadership and time management skills Knowledgeable in current care legislation and high-quality outcomes Skilled in providing flexible, personalised care packages Experienced in partnership with local authorities, parents, and other stakeholders Full UK driving licence This provider
