Work with the Senior Management Team to promote the values and ethos of the company Manage all aspects of the Children’s Home Take responsibility for the implementation of all young people’s placements to support their emotional and mental wellbeing Recruit a brand new staff team Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of standards across the home Ensure exceptional levels of care for all young people and ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks Establish and maintain a competent, motivated and confident staff team Provide supervision and development of the residential care staff Manage child protection concerns, complaints, and health and safety to ensure that the needs of all young people are met Minimum Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Social Care Services (or equivalent) A minimum of five years’ residential experience within the children’s home sector A minimum of two years’ recent management experience in the children’s home sector Experience in applying policies and procedures relating to the care of young people and the management of services Experience of current Ofsted Inspection Framework Sound knowledge of governing legislation, procedures and best practice in caring for children A full manual UK driving licence Further Incentives:
