I have a FANTASTIC opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join one of the up-and-coming Children's Residential Service providers to manage a 4-bed Children's Residential home in Tiptree, Essex. The organisation offers a nurturing environment and plenty of opportunities for growth as they currently have 3 homes in the Essex area and are looking at expansion in the coming months. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy residential service for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties. The home is well situated in Tiptree and is easily accessible from East Hertfordshire, Essex and Suffolk. With access to lots of amenities and activities for the young people only a stone's throw away in Colchester and Chelmsford, the service is currently home to 2 young people. Salary:

up to £55k Basic plus Bonus Location:

Permanent The role of Children's Home Registered Manager offers the opportunity for a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in an ambitious organisation, with the children and quality at the heart of their values and a dedicated leadership team with the vision to inspire and support young people to lead happy and successful lives. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.
