Days & Nights About the Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Nurses to join our team, providing high-quality care to children and young people in the Norfolk area. You will work in a supportive and rewarding environment, ensuring the health and well-being of patients by delivering exceptional nursing care tailored to individual needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to children and their families. Monitor and assess the health status of patients, identifying changes and implementing appropriate interventions. Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and professional standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients. Offer emotional support and guidance to families, addressing concerns and promoting confidence in care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality protocols. Respond effectively to emergencies, utilizing clinical skills to prioritize and stabilize care. Requirements Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (Child) with valid NMC registration. Experience:

Previous experience in pediatric nursing is preferred, though newly qualified nurses with relevant training are encouraged to apply. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends. Attributes:
