Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Childrens Practitioner in Hertfordshire.

position. Pay rate:
£16.98 PAYE / £21 Umbrella Main Responsibilities: Effective screening and support to ensure that families receive the 'Right Response' from the appropriate agency at the highest levels of need without unnecessary delay. Strengthening screening and referral processes of the Specialist Social Care Team to ensure a more timely and proportionate response, ensuring that all contacts receive feedback and are supported in appropriately addressing the needs of children and young people. Identifying needs, with management direction and support, to assess the threshold of risk and understanding of the different tiers of service provision. Making full use of a range of computerised systems, gathering and accurately recording information, and attending regular meetings with the team and professionals.
