Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager Location: Manchester Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses About The Role: As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a children's residential service, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people. You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met. To be considered for the role you must have: Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 2 years) in a children's home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred but not essential) Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding Apply Today: If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply now.
