As a Registered Manager, you will:

Have autonomy over your own home Manage and develop your team Handle placement requests Work under the leadership of the Responsible Individual to meet the needs of children and young people Maintain professional boundaries Support the holistic needs of the children Implement and review care plans Foster good relationships with team members, management, and external networks Ensure compliance with Quality Standards Lead meetings with staff, directors, and external professionals Report to the Responsible Individual

The ideal Registered Manager will have:

Previous OFSTED children's home registration Achieved at least one GOOD OFSTED inspection outcome Level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Care (or working towards it) Management experience in a children's residential home A valid driving licence
