Dual Registered Manager – Cannock Up to £57,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Dual Registered Manager to lead two children’s services for young people with learning disabilities / EBD near Cannock. As a Dual Registered Manager, you will oversee two homes located close to each other, working for an independent provider known for its commitment to staff development and delivering high-quality care. Both services have a strong track record of receiving Good or Outstanding ratings with Ofsted, and we are looking for a manager who can continue this tradition of excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage two children’s homes, ensuring both services maintain a high standard of care and regulatory compliance - Oversee the day-to-day running of both homes, ensuring each meets the needs of the children and young people - Develop and implement care plans in line with each child’s needs, working collaboratively with families and external professionals - Ensure both homes continue to achieve Good or Outstanding ratings with Ofsted, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards - Support and develop staff teams, ensuring they receive the necessary training and supervision to provide exceptional care - Drive continuous improvement across both services, fostering a nurturing, positive environment for young people What On Offer: - Competitive salary of up to £57,000, with a generous bonus scheme - The opportunity to manage two services within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation - Ongoing professional development and training - The chance to work in services with a strong reputation for delivering excellent care and achieving positive Ofsted outcomes - A close-knit team and company culture that values staff well-being and development Requirements: - Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care, ideally within learning disabilities services - A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience in achieving Good or Outstanding ratings - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple services - Full UK driving license If you are a dedicated Registered Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality care and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
