Children's Registered Manager Salary:

£45000 plus generous bonus scheme, continued personal and professional growth opportunities and more... I am seeking a skilled and experienced registered manager to open and oversee the day-to-day management of a brand-new OFSTED registered residential home in Wolverhampton, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children. Role and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive environment. Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team of care professionals. Foster strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies. Monitor and evaluate the home's performance, making improvements where necessary.
