Children's Residential Care - Support Worker
An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new team for a brand-new children’s home in Bolton! Golden Future Care is opening a completely refurbished two bedded home in Bolton for young people with SEBD needs aged 8-17 years using a Secure Base corporate parenting model. We are looking for a Residential Care Worker who is committed to providing the best possible care and to constantly developing their own practice. Once the home is operational, shift patterns will follow a one-day on, two-days off pattern, with each shift consisting of 16 hours with a sleep-in. The hourly rate will be £13.50 per hour, with enhanced pay for Bank Holidays, significant days over the Christmas period and any overtime hours worked. Sleep-ins are paid at £60 per night. Ideal candidates will have experience working with young people. Driving is essential to this role, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
