Children's Residential Care Worker
to join a highly respected client of ours who provides residential care services for children and young people in the
Derby
area. They have a
well-established team
and offer fantastic areas of growth and opportunity. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a critical role in helping children build their confidence, develop social skills and achieve their full potential. This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance and ensuring the wellbeing of the children in your care. The successful candidate will have experience working as a Residential Care Worker for young children, as well as being passionate about providing a quality level of care.
