We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in

Nottinghamshire

to assist with the appointment of a

Children's Residential Home Registered Manager , on a

3-week contract , likely to be extended at client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay:

£230.58 - £298.00 per Day Responsibilities: Taking a 'children first' approach and treating each child as an individual with specific needs. Offering the highest standards of physical and emotional care, consistent with the child's routine. Empowering children by offering choices whenever possible and by giving opportunities to experiment and encourage independence. Treating each child with respect, taking into consideration race, gender, culture, religion, and sexual orientation. Requirements: We are looking for an inspirational, experienced leader who has the right skills, values, and knowledge to develop and lead a staff team to work with the most vulnerable children, ensuring their physical, emotional, cultural, and health care needs are met. You must have 5 years experience of working with children and young people in a managerial capacity within a residential setting and a minimum of 2 years working with children with disabilities. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at short notice. You should have the right to work in the U.K. This role requires
