We are currently recruiting Senior Children's Residential Support Workers to

work in homes for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour in Chorley and the surrounding areas. The homes are run by fantastic organisations with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression, and professional development for all members of staff. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be working closely with the Deputy Manager to support your development. What the Company Offers: Salary, dependent on experience and knowledge: £28,000 - £40,000 Per Year Clear progression plans, development programs, and first-class in-house training Sleep-ins paid additionally as well as opportunities for overtime Company Pension Company Events Free onsite Parking What The Post Requires: Experience working with children and young people in a Residential Children's home NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare Extensive knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour Must hold a valid UK driving licence Responsibilities: Provide direct support and supervision to children in a residential setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each child's needs. Maintain effective communication with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment. Assist with daily activities and promote positive behaviour through guidance and encouragement. Document progress and participate in team meetings to discuss care strategies and improvements.
