work in homes for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour in Chorley and the surrounding areas. The homes are run by fantastic organisations with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression, and professional development for all members of staff. As a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be working closely with the Deputy Manager to support your development. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each child's needs. Maintain effective communication with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment. Assist with daily activities and promote positive behaviour through guidance and encouragement. Document progress and participate in team meetings to discuss care strategies and improvements.
