Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals. Ensure accurate, confidential records are maintained regarding the care provided. Promote independence, self-esteem, and life skills development for each child or young person. Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times. Requirements: Previous experience working in a children's residential role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and compassionate nature. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Basic IT skills, including experience with touchscreen devices and computers. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is desirable. Applicants must be available for sleep shifts.
