Learning Disability Children's Residential Support Worker . This role is dedicated to supporting children with learning disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, and non-verbal communication, helping them to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Provide care, guidance, and support in line with Ofsted regulations. Maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere focused on health, education, and personal development. Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Experience with Autism, ADHD, or non-verbal communication is desirable. Knowledge of Makaton or PEC's is desirable. A valid UK/EU manual driving licence is

essential. Flexibility to work a rolling rota with sleep-in shifts. An enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks (we can assist with this). Rota Example: Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Saturday Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Sunday Week 3: Wednesday If you feel you would be the right fit for this role, then please apply through submitting your CV.
