We are looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our clients in their services for young people aged 0-17 with Learning Difficulties, Mental Health Needs, EBD, and Autism Spectrum Conditions. This position is suitable for someone seeking part-time or full-time contracted work and is flexible to work varying shifts. You will be responsible for: Supporting independence Providing respectful and dignified personal care when required Building and maintaining health habits and routines Facilitating access to the community About the job: Flexible shift patterns from 20-40 hours per week Overtime available Varying pay rates of up to £18 on Sundays (client dependent) Opportunities for permanent positions for the right candidates You must have: Enhanced DBS on the update service, processed within the last year (if not, you must be willing for us to apply for a new one, which you will add to the update service) At least 2 years of experience within Children's Residential Homes NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Ideally, a driver's license and access to a car A passion for providing the best care possible If you are looking for a position where you can gain new skills, develop those you already have, and join some fabulous teams across Middlesbrough, please get in touch!
