The service maintains low levels of incidents and challenging behaviors. - Varied Role: Tasks include mentoring, cooking, engaging in activities, helping with homework, and bedtime routines. Essentially, you’ll assist in re-parenting efforts to guide their development. - Therapeutic Community: Work closely with the on-site school and therapy teams as part of a therapeutic community, with opportunities for staff to reflect on their work. Requirements: - QCF Level 3: A qualification in Children and Young People, or equivalent, is essential. - Experience: Prior experience in residential childcare is required, though specific training on the client’s approach will be provided. - Essential Skills: Basic English, IT skills, and a full driving license are required. You must be over 21 and bring qualities like creativity, resilience, problem-solving, and a genuine interest in working with young people.
