Responsibilities: - Collaborative Care: You’ll work in sub-teams on rotating schedules, guided by a Team Leader or Senior, to provide care and support to the young people. - Safeguarding: You’ll be key in managing boundaries and fostering open communication. The service maintains low levels of incidents and challenging behaviors. - Varied Role: Tasks include mentoring, cooking, engaging in activities, helping with homework, and bedtime routines.
