They will have the ability to plan and deliver appropriate services and to support and work alongside partners. Knowledge and experience of working with Child Sexual Abuse is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Whilst working within the challenging environment of safeguarding children you will be supported by your colleagues, managers and the wider NSPCC organisation. You will also get an opportunity to work alongside other professionals in the NSPCC to widen your knowledge and skills as well as the opportunity to be involved in our work in schools and campaigning across the East of England. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues in other agencies, both statutory and voluntary.
