We are looking to recruit a Social Care Team Manager for our Children’s Child Protection Team. Our Child Protection teams are responsible for duty, assessment, Children In Need, and Child Protection. Our transfer point to our Cared for Children team is at first hearing. Are you passionate about safeguarding children? Do you have the skills and experience to deliver a robust decision-making team via supervision and support from you as a leader? Are you a qualified social worker with management experience? Do you enjoy taking on a new challenge each day and working within a fast-paced environment? If so, you may be the perfect candidate for this role.
