Bournemouth, Dorset . BCP Council – PLO and Court Team Pay rate is £48 per hour Minimum 3 days per week at the office Working with children and families from the point of strategy meetings and Section 47 enquiries through to Public Law Outline and the issuing of proceedings and subsequent Court work. Assessment of Child in Need and undertaking investigations of alleged child abuse under Child Protection procedures Producing initial Child Protection Conference reports and implementing following Child Protection Plans Applying for Emergency Protection Orders Providing S17 Support to Children in Need and their families Attending court and presenting reports Children Act 1989 with reference to sections 17 and 47 Direct work with children and families If you are interested in this position, please apply with your CV.
