Children’s Social Worker – Fostering
to work for our client based in
Middlewich, Cheshire East . Social Workers are required in the Support and Supervision Team of Cheshire East's Fostering Service. The pay rate is £45 per hour. Responsibilities:
Providing regular supervision of approved foster carers in line with regulatory requirements. Co-ordinating annual reviews of the foster carers' practice and performance, developing learning and development plans, and presenting reports to the fostering panel. Having a good understanding of the national minimum standards for fostering services. Participating in the duty rota and being proactive in identifying matches between foster carers and children requiring placements.
