We are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join the Adult Neighbourhood Team
This role requires a social worker to have a qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience
The team works to provide a quality service delivering and reviewing innovative services for the residents, helping to reduce health inequalities, enhance life and support independent living. You will be responsible for assessment and support planning, mental capacity and safeguarding planning, maintaining accurate and detailed report writing, and attending visits. This is a very friendly and new team to join.

About You
A social worker must have a minimum of two years' experience and have a degree within social work (Degree/ DipSW/COSW). The potential individual will be enthusiastic and have a passion to ensure the people have the right care with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid UK driving license is essential.
