Pay Rate:
£90-£95 per day
Are you an SEN TA - SEMH/ASD? Are you passionate about working in SEN? Do you have experience of supporting students with ASD/SEMH/Challenging behaviours?
If the answer is Yes, then we could be offering you the opportunity to secure a permanent role within an SEN school based in Chester. The Provision provides a bespoke curriculum to young people who are not able to access mainstream education. Students have a range of SEND including Social Emotional & Mental Health, Moderate Learning Difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Pupils may display challenging behaviour, so excellent behaviour management is essential with knowledge of a range of de-escalation techniques.
Requirements:
Experience within SEN (Ideally SEMH / ASD - challenging behaviour). Experience in a school/care/residential setting. Be able to work 12:30pm or 8:45-4:45pm Monday to Friday. Be able to use own initiative and want to help students progress. Be willing to be flexible. Additional Requirements:
References confirming suitability for role. Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service. Eligibility to work in the UK. For more info please contact Sharon.
