LS25 7AD Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for empathetic, compassionate and caring Care and Support Workers in Leeds. Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strives to fulfil all of their clients' physical, mental, clinical, and non-clinical care needs. Job Specifics:

You would be required to support a young boy with Autism and ADHD on a 2:1 basis. Your job role will entail playing games with him and helping him access the community for leisure. Shift Pattern:

20 hours per week, including: 3 weekdays (4-hour shifts including travel time) 4-hour shift on Sundays It all depends on when the client wants to go out, typically after school during the week and anytime on weekends (2.30pm - 6.30pm). Requirements:

Right to work in the UK Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as moving and handling At least 6 months of UK-based care experience Knowledge of complex care is desired Willingness to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4 All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check What we can offer:
