Description Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Provide technical guidance to enhance production quality and efficiency. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimise operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations. Profile A successful CI Engineer should have: Degree in Engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to improving processes. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience within a Manufacturing environment. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
