CISO Position working for a global Financial Services organisation with offices in London & USA. Client Details We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive global exposure, with a strong emphasis on experience in the USA. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to engage in high-level conversations with the board. Description Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies. Lead and manage the information security team to ensure the protection of company assets. Engage with senior leadership and board members to communicate security strategies and risks. Oversee security operations and incident response. Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements. Collaborate with various departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of the business. Manage security aspects of acquisitions and mergers. Profile Proven experience as a CISO or in a similar senior information security role. Extensive experience in the financial services sector. Strong background in handling acquisitions and mergers. In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a global environment, with a focus on the USA.
