Competitive daily rate Client: Investment Bank Role: Access Identity Management Contract Duration: 6 Months, possible extension Work Schedule: 5 days on site, Hours: 9am - 6pm Location: London EC4R NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE This resource will support the entire EMEA and Canadian region with access badge support. Responsibilities include printing and distributing access badges, assisting with onboarding of new business tenants, supporting vendor managers and their vendors, and troubleshooting access issues. Previous experience with physical badge access systems like Alert Guardian Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, while monitoring key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements; conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies, procedures, best practices, and initiatives Participate in various assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners Experience providing work direction to less experienced strategy and execution staff Experience collaborating and consulting with leaders and executive management Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Job Reference: JBRP1_UKTJ
