Base Location: Perth / Dundee

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time

Our team is growing, and we have a great opportunity for two extra Civil Craftsperson's to join our Capital Delivery Civils team that would be based in and around Perth / Dundee with the flexibility of working away Monday to Friday at sites across our Caledonia region.
This is multi-skilled, however we will be open to developing on skills that may not be currently present.

As a Civil Craftsperson, you'll be integral in a multitude of civil tasks to facilitate the upgrading of our electrical assets, ranging from small plant to primary plant to cable installations. This role involves collaborating with the team to facilitate smooth, safe and efficient installations for our utility infrastructure.

Flexibility will be crucial for this role as the work sites will vary across our Caledonia region which will mean staying away from home Monday to Friday for the duration of the works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working on excavations relating to cable laying and blinding.

-Construction of concrete plinths and bunds (excavate and concrete pour).

-Block / Brick work will be required for building extensions or new switch rooms.

- Small plant operations (Digger, dumper, roller).
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Flexibility to work away from home Monday to Friday if required, it is an essential requirement for a full, current driving license.

-Experience working with a multitude of small plant and tools and familiar with CDM sites.

- Existing small plant tickets preferable.

- EUSR / CSCS card preferable.

- Safety is a very high priority in everything we do. It is essential that a good safety culture is present. If it's not safe, we don't do it.
