An exciting vacancy has arisen with a leading housebuilder in their Exeter office. You would be working alongside the Engineering Manager and the wider team to deliver a high-standard design.
You will be supported with full training (if applicable), great progression, and a leading remuneration package.
Duties:
Assisting in the production of site appraisals. Developing road and sewer designs with the approving bodies in order to solve all associated engineering issues. Preparing/Co-ordinating detailed Section 38 and Section 104 designs, external levels drawings and private drainage drawings. Briefing and managing the Foundation Design Consultant. Assembling and delivering the civil engineering package. Obtaining and completing Section 38 and Section 104 approvals. Assisting in the discharge of engineering related planning conditions.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate would have experience within a consultancy or house builder, with solid civil engineering experience - especially with S278, 38 and 104 agreements.
Software Experience: Ideal software experience includes AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, and PDS.
