ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is perfect for someone seeking their first senior management position in a dynamic and growing company. You'll take ownership of civil design, drainage, and civil structures, representing Quorum at client meetings, site visits, and project reviews. Your hybrid working arrangement offers the flexibility to work mainly from home while being within occasional commuting distance of either our Cardiff or London offices, and ready to travel for site visits or meetings throughout the UK, with a focus on the London area. Locations like Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or York are particularly well-suited for this flexibility. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with the skills and mindset to lead without supervision, delivering exceptional results for our clients. What You'll Bring: Chartered or near-chartered status with ICE or CIWEM. At least 5 years' post-graduate experience in civil engineering. The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks from cradle to grave. Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage and develop new opportunities. Confidence in producing your own work and also directing technicians to produce high-quality drawings and outputs. WHY JOIN QUORUM?
