Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Bridgend Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 Type: Permanent We are looking for an engineer with circa 4-5 years’ experience to come in at senior level to lead on their own projects as well as support other members of the team by assisting and checking engineer’s work. Responsibilities include: Leading projects and supporting team members Liaising with clients and providing fee proposals and invoicing Drainage design (SuDS/SAB) and highways work (S278/38 agreements) Required experience: Drainage design / SAB (SuDS) Highway design AutoCAD Microdrainage Causeway Flow Site3D / Civils3D Report writing Liaising with clients and local authorities Experience in managing/mentoring graduates In return we offer: £36,000 - £42,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 37.5-hour week Support and ICE mentoring for IEng/Chartership if and when required 5% pension Employee owned dividend This is an exciting opportunity for a civil engineer wanting to step into a team lead role, run your own projects, maintain client relationships, and grow the team.
