We are looking for a driven and talented Civil Engineer to join a newly established civils team that is laying the foundation for exciting growth in the region. My client is a leading design consultancy with a reputation within the industry for delivering high-quality design and engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects.

The newly established civils team plays a critical role in the growth plans of the company, and they are looking to double their head-count in the near future! Your role will include: Designing and delivering highways, drainage, and utility infrastructure for development projects. Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies. Contributing to project planning and delivery, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Supporting the growth of the Southampton team, with opportunities to shape the direction of the team as it grows.
