I am working with a well-known civil engineering consultancy to recruit an engineer to join their growing team. We are looking for candidates with experience in a consultancy environment, ideally 2 years post-study. The company offers professional development to help you progress in your career. You will be working as part of a collaborative team to support delivering projects for clients to the highest level.
The projects will be residential, commercial, and industrial, so experience with highway design, SuDS adoptions, and earthworks modelling would be hugely beneficial. You will be assessing sites for suitability and creating pre-planning reports including flood risk assessments, foul drainage, and utility assessments.
The successful engineer will have experience in design delivery, assisting in assessing sites for development, interpreting and analysing data, and using software such as AutoCAD, PDS, Site 3D, MicroDrainage, and InfoDrainage. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
