Location: Welwyn Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Civil Engineer for a growing construction business based in Welwyn. The role will involve carrying out structural investigations such as: Load testing Instrumentation Visual inspections Non-destructive testing Site sampling These tasks will be conducted in keeping with
Health & Safety regulations
and specific project requirements. Producing technical reports for clients from site data will be amongst your office based duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in: Inspecting structures Using Non Destructive Testing Technologies applicable to testing concrete and potential steel. Equipment used includes: Ground Penetrating Radar Ultrasound Equipment (Tomography) Cover Meters Half Cell Potential Familiarity with UKAS would be beneficial as well. The role comes with an attractive initial salary of between
£32,000 and £35,000
depending on experience. Upon successful probation, there will be an immediate opportunity to earn
£40,000 to £45,000
with overtime opportunities.
