They use a mix of their own Site Operatives and a network of specialist contractors to provide repairs to varying degrees of property damage. Company Accreditations: Our client is passionate about training within their organisation. Their employees are able to progress their professional qualifications and continually develop their skills within the industry. With roots firmly in repair and construction, dealing with unusual and sometimes unconventional projects, they have set out to become a repair and construction company with a real difference. They are members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and undertake professional qualifications within the membership to expand knowledge and experience in the industry. Their staff members also undertake examinations and progression through the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) and other professional bodies dependent on the role. This is an exciting new role for a Civil Engineering graduate with some relevant experience. This involves working alongside the Civil Engineering team in the business on a range of sizeable projects. This role will be predominantly office-based but could also require some site visits across the UK to extract information and check damage, including structural damage. The position will offer the successful candidate an interesting, challenging, and varied workload as well as allowing them to develop professionally in their chosen field. Ideally, you will be a motivated, progressive, and versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to your role in the business and provide support to the division – an individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly, accurately, and on time. The main focus of the position will be: To investigate highways and crown property damage claims Communicate with all parties involved – over phone, email, and potentially site visits Establish all technical information relevant to each claim/project Producing reports for claims prior to works being carried out on behalf of clients Keep the system up to date with all relevant information Work with other team members in the business to provide information and assist with any technical matters as directed Feedback to other teams on completion of claims Support will be given to study professional qualifications. Skills Required

Ability to communicate on all levels Full driving licence Strong attention to detail and accuracy IT literate Excellent progression HOURS OF WORK:

9.00-5.30 with 1 Lunch HEALTH & SAFETY:
