Role: Civil Litigation Solicitor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £35,000 to £58,000
Are you a driven civil litigation lawyer looking for a new challenge? A highly respected and long-established Sheffield firm, known for its excellent transport links and strong community presence, is now looking to bolster its litigation department with the addition of an experienced civil litigation solicitor.
The Role: This is a broad and busy civil litigation position where you'll handle a high street caseload that covers a range of matters, including:
* Property litigation * Boundary and neighbour disputes * Landlord and tenant matters * Employment disputes * Contested probate * Consumer contracts * Debt recovery * Personal injury claims * Contract disputes
The Head of Department has indicated that the successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 4 years' PQE, but we are open to applications from candidates with less experience who can demonstrate strong technical ability and the right attitude. You'll be self-motivated and proactive in getting involved with the local community to help promote both the firm and the litigation department.
